Principles of cooperation

First meeting - We invite you to a no-obligation meeting, where we will get acquainted with your vision of your wedding and reception and present our ideas. You will learn what costs you can expect in organizing your wedding and reception.

Signing the contract - Once we sign the contract you will receive from us offers of wedding venues according to your preferences. We want to emphasize that we work with the best venues in Poland providing the highest standard of services. We will present you with the possibilities of the selected locations so that you are sure that you are making the best choice.

Work schedule - We undertake all organizational activities in accordance with the established work schedule. In due course, we will ask you to decide which contractor you choose from the bids we present. In case of dilemmas, you can always support yourself with our objective opinion.

Selection of service providers - we do not limit the proposals of service providers presented to you until you choose one of them. Our database is huge. We work with the best in the wedding industry, because high quality is our priority.

Budget - we prepare and maintain your wedding budget, writing down made and future expenses. The amount of the budget will depend on your choices. We divide our fee into monthly installments, which you pay us on the basis of an invoice.

Coordination of the wedding and reception. We will arrange the scenario of your ceremony On the day of the wedding and reception, we will take care of you and your guests in parallel and supervise the work of all the performers.

Organizing a wedding
Outdoor wedding. The most beloved type of wedding by couples getting married civilly or symbolically. An outdoor church wedding is possible, but not everywhere. We will tell you which venues have the permission of the Bishop/Pope to hold a church wedding on their premises. We will suggest to you solutions that we can implement in case of inclement weather.
Church wedding. You will choose the church where you want to conclude the sacrament of marriage, if you choose not to get married in one of your parishes. We will offer you opportunities to individualize your wedding Mass, so that you will remember for the rest of your life the great emotions and emotion. We have also organized religious weddings or unilateral weddings, so we will help you if this is the type of wedding you wish to have.
Wedding with a foreigner. We will guide you through the preparations, even if you live abroad all the time, and organize your wedding with your national wedding traditions in mind.
Wedding arrangements
Polish or international weddings. Each stage of the wedding reception is characterized by specific requirements. We know them very well, so we will offer you the right type of wedding venue, attractions, musical setting, decorations and scenery to make your wedding reflect the theme you have dreamed of.
Outdoor weddings. We love to organize them, because the tent allows you to realize the most creative concepts. We are happy to take care of your outdoor wedding for you, taking on all the organizational challenges.
