  • Check contracts with selected service providers before you sign them
  • We will be running a wedding budget
  • We will coordinate your wedding and reception. We will take care of your preparations. At the ceremony site, we will provide comprehensive coordination of the installation of all participating teams. Most often we work in two or three during the wedding and reception.

Principles of cooperation

First meeting - discussing ideas and dreams. We invite you to a non-committal meeting where we will get to know your vision of the wedding and reception and present our ideas. Preferably, we will meet with you in person, but we understand that it may be difficult for you to come from another city or abroad to Warsaw, so we can also arrange an online video meeting. During our conversation, we will discuss some of the best wedding venues and explain to you how we can relieve you of the burden of organizing your wedding and reception. You will learn what our fee is and what total costs you can expect in organizing your wedding and reception.

Signing the contract - Once we have signed the contract in a meeting or electronically, you will receive from us offers of wedding venues, in line with your preferences, available on your chosen wedding date. We want to emphasize that we work with the best venues in Poland providing the highest standard of services. We will then schedule meetings with the managers of those venues you wish to visit. We will present you with the possibilities of the chosen locations in the context of your ceremony, so that you are sure you are making the best choice. We will summarize the costs of menus, alcohol, accommodations, as this element is likely to account for 50% of your entire wedding and reception budget.

Work schedule - We undertake all organizational activities in accordance with the established work schedule. In due course, we will ask you to decide which contractor you choose from the bids we present. In case of dilemmas, you can always support yourself with our objective opinion.

Selection of service providers - we do not limit the proposals of service providers presented to you until you choose one of them. Our database is huge. We work with the best in the wedding industry, because high quality is our priority. If you want, you can also nominate your own service provider, as long as he is a professional.

Budget - we prepare and maintain your wedding budget, writing down made and future expenses. The amount of the budget will depend on your choices, as you decide whether to hire a photographer for 5,000 PLN or 18,000 PLN. You can pay the contractors directly for your wedding services or through our account, in which case we make the transfers on your behalf. We divide our remuneration into monthly installments, which you pay us on the basis of an invoice.

Wedding and reception coordination. We will arrange the scenario of your ceremony, which organizes the preparation time and makes the wedding and reception run smoothly and stress-free. A few days before the wedding, we will invite you to a rehearsal, during which we will practice the most essential elements, so that you will feel at ease in your role as the star and also as the host of the evening. On the day of the wedding and reception, we will simultaneously take care of you and your guests, and on the other hand, we will supervise the work of all performers, so we will perform the service of coordinating the wedding and reception in a team of three.

Organizing a wedding

Outdoor wedding. The most beloved type of wedding by couples getting married civilly or symbolically. An outdoor church wedding is possible, but not everywhere. We will tell you which venues have the permission of the Bishop/Pope to hold a church wedding on their premises. We will suggest to you solutions that we can implement in case of inclement weather.

Church wedding. You will choose the church where you want to conclude the sacrament of marriage, if you choose not to get married in one of your parishes. We will offer you opportunities to individualize your wedding Mass, so that you will remember for the rest of your life the great emotions and emotion. We have also organized religious weddings or unilateral weddings, so we will help you if this is the type of wedding you wish to have.

Wedding with a foreigner. The most common type of wedding we organize. We will guide you through the preparations, even if you live abroad all the time. Wedding arrangements

Polish or international weddings. Each stage of the wedding reception is characterized by specific requirements. We know them very well, so we will offer you the right type of wedding venue, attractions, musical setting, decorations and scenery to make your wedding reflect the theme you have dreamed of.

Outdoor weddings. We love to organize them, because the tent allows you to realize the most creative concepts. We are happy to take care of your outdoor wedding for you, taking on all the organizational challenges.
