Purposes and grounds for processing personal data.
Your personal data is processed in connection with your use of the services provided by the Administrator within and with the Service and the purpose of this processing is described below.
The collection and processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with Article 13(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of
personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as "RODO").
The Administrator processes your personal data for the purpose of, and on the basis of, respectively:
- data including: login, email address, telephone, and name and surname - to provide access to the Website's services requiring the creation of an Account; to maintain an Account on the Website - on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) of the RODO (User's consent),
- data including: email address, telephone and first and last name - in connection with the intention to conclude the Agreement, and then additionally: address, Tax Identification Number (applies to customers purchasing Services on behalf of the company), data concerning the concluded Agreement, including data concerning the bank account - in order to document the fact of concluding and in order to pursue or defend claims; to perform legal and tax obligations concerning the concluded Agreement. bank account - in order to document the fact of concluding and for the purpose of executing the Agreement, investigating or defending against claims; performing legal and tax obligations concerning the concluded Agreement; - based on Article 6(1)(b) of the RODO (processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party, or to take action at the request of the data subject prior to concluding a contract),
- email address, telephone, address and name - for statistical purposes and those related to the fulfillment of obligations under the law, including the recording of applications relating to the recording of objections raised under these Regulations - on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) RODO (fulfillment of the Administrator's legitimate interests),
- data including: email address, telephone and first and last name for the purposes of direct marketing of the Administrator's products and services on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO (realization of the Administrator's legitimate interests); NOTE: a person whose personal data is processed for direct marketing purposes has the right to object at any time, free of charge, to such processing, whether initial or further - including profiling. Upon service of the objection, further processing of data for direct marketing purposes will be discontinued.
Processing of data in connection with the use of the Service.
- In connection with your use of the Services on our Website, the Administrator collects your data to the extent necessary to provide the individual Services.
- Use of the full functionality of the Website requires you to create an Account.
- You can create an Account on the Website using the registration form (the form marks the data required to create an Account and the data whose submission is voluntary) - then we process the personal data provided in the form.
- Browsing the publicly available content of the Service does not require creating an Account. The User will be asked to agree to the processing of Cookies before making the content available for reading.

electronic devices such as a computer, phone or tablet. They can be read by a system managed by the Administrator, but also by systems belonging to other entities whose services the Administrator uses (e.g. Facebook, Google). - In particular, the functions of cookies include:
- Influence on the processes and efficiency of the use of the website - cookies are used to optimize and speed up your browsing through the pages of the Website, which is possible, among other things, by remembering your settings between visits to the website;
- session status - cookies often store information about how you use the website, such as which subpages you view most often. These files also allow you to identify errors displayed on certain subpages;

Right to withdraw consent.
- If the processing of personal data is based on consent, you may revoke that consent at any time.
- If you wish to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data, in this you only need to send an e-mail directly to the Administrator at: perfectday@perfectday.pl or uncheck the so-called check-box in the Settings tab of the User's account.
- We would like to draw your attention to the fact that if the processing of your personal data was carried out on the basis of your consent, revoking it does not make the processing of your personal data illegal up to that point. In other words, we have the right to process your personal data until you revoke your consent, and revoking it does not affect the legality of previous processing.
- Upon withdrawal of consent, your Account will be deactivated, which consequently means the loss of the ability to use and access the content stored there and to use the services of the Website. Withdrawal of the consent referred to in this section will also be treated as a declaration of termination of the agreement on the use of the Website and services ordered through the Website, due to the fault of the User.

- The RODO introduces certain restrictions on the transfer of personal data to third countries, because since European laws do not apply there, in principle, the protection of personal data of EU citizens may be
unfortunately insufficient. Period of personal data processing.
The Administrator keeps information about your personal data for the time necessary to achieve the stated purpose or comply with applicable law, in particular, for the period of the statute of limitations for claims, and in the case of data processing for direct marketing purposes - until you object.
After this period, your personal data will be irreversibly deleted or destroyed.
Rights of the data subject.
- In view of the acquisition of your personal data, the Administrator informs you that you have the right to access your personal data and to rectify your personal data and to transfer them; to delete your personal data, subject to the limitations allowed in this regard by the RODO; to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data, to object to the processing of personal data processed for marketing purposes, to withdraw the consent granted for the processing of your data.
- The Administrator points out that the enumerated rights are not absolute, and therefore, in certain situations, we may lawfully refuse you. However, if we refuse to grant a request, it is only after
careful consideration and only in situations where denial of the request is necessary. - Regarding the right to object, the Administrator explains that you have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data on the basis of the Administrator's legitimate interest in relation to your particular situation. However, you must bear in mind that, in accordance with the regulations, we may refuse to consider your objection if we demonstrate that: there are legitimate grounds for processing that override your interests, rights and freedoms, or there are grounds for establishing, asserting or defending claims.
